Roundel x NikeLab Air Zoom Spiridon White
A special release is hitting the shelves soon – lets take a look at the Roundel x NikeLab Air Zoom Spiridon White.
For the second time Nike have teamed up with Roundel. Firtst time was back in 2013 when the design was based on the patterns from the London Underground railway cars. Back then the Air Max 1 and 90 got the ‘Roundel’ treatment. Now it’s the Nike Air Zoom Spiridons turn to get a make over.
Yet again the the inspiration to the design is taken from the London Underground. More specific in the Johnston typeface that is used on signs and other materials releated to the Underground.
A black colorway have also been designed but it only released at exclusive pop-up stores in London and Tokyo on 9-10 November.
